The present study focuses on a series of pyrazole derivates as anti-inflammatory agents that were designed based on the hybridization approach, supported by in silico computational studies. The designed compounds were synthesized through facile synthetic methods and the structures were confirmed by Spectroscopic analytical techniques. The in-silico ADME studies depicted that the compounds were within the permissible limits of the Lipinski's rule of five. The compounds were screened for invitro anti-inflammatory activity using the human red blood cell (HRBC) membrane stabilization method. The synthesized compounds have shown good activity against the standard. The results from insilico structure activity relationships and invitro assays suggesting the compounds may lead to new molecules in the development of anti-inflammatory agents.
