Abstract

The source, the transmission way, port of entry, tissue tropism[niche],ability to evade immune mechanisms, ability to stay dormant in a reserve tissue and the ability to produce virulence factors are the basic factors that affect; the infectivity , incidence as well as the nature of the resulting human disease. The virus was mapped for biotypes and genotype. Two biotyes and six genetic clads. Reservoir hosts were pangalon and bates. The infection cycles are anthropophilic and zooanthropophilic. Three theories for explanation of post-recovery second infection.
