Abstract

The role of boards of directors in an organization is vast. Ever employee of an organization
contributes to its success; however, it’s the board of director’s job to direct its employees and
senior management towards the set objectives for the organization. The boards of director
are a set of individuals elected by the shareholders, who elect individuals who they think are
capable for the success of an organization. Every member in an organization has a part, the
board is like a heart, it needs to pump energy and ideas into the members of the
organization to motivate and direct them towards organizational goals. Besides, the
importance of the boards of directors, they key to success if determined by several factors.
