This study analysed Utilization of Health Care Services among Rural Women in Jere Local Government of Borno State, Nigeria. Multi-stage random technique was used to select 180 respondents for the study. The analytical tools employed for this study were descriptive (frequency and percentages) and inferential (Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation) statistics. The study revealed that majority (68.3%) of the respondents was users of maternal health care services, while, only (31.7%) were non users. The Spearman’s coefficient of rank correlation revealed positive and significant correlation with respect to household size, educational status and antenatal experience, indicating high degree of positive correlation between users and non-users of maternal health care services in the study area. The study recommended that there should be an improved demonstration of the importance of health programmes by increasing community awareness about the necessity of antenatal and postnatal services which could target the men to involve them in reproductive health matters.
